Liz, Laurel, and Patti met at a 5 a.m. workout class, years before 3 Keys existed. That hour reveals character quickly: discipline, follow-through, whether someone shows up when it would be easier not to. The trust came first. The business came after, built by three women who had already proven it to each other.

Founder & CEO

Liz founded 3 Keys on the belief that every home has potential waiting to be revealed. With nearly three decades of real estate experience and Master Level certification as a Staging Design Professional, she brings a rare combination of market knowledge, design expertise, and renovation experience to every project. Her vision continues to guide 3 Keys today: thoughtful transformations that bring back the beautiful, one home at a time.

Laurel brings a strategic eye to the intersection of real estate, design, and investment. With experience spanning luxury homes, new construction, investment properties, and residential sales, she understands which improvements create meaningful impact and lasting value. As a real estate advisor with SERHANT., Laurel adds valuable insight into buyer expectations and market positioning, helping ensure every 3 Keys project is as smart an investment as it is beautifully designed.

Co-Founder & COO

Patti understands how a home should feel the moment you walk through the door. With a natural eye for creating warm, welcoming spaces, she approaches each project with the buyer, homeowner, or guest experience in mind. Her business leadership and operational expertise bring equal attention to what happens behind the scenes, keeping projects organized, efficient, and beautifully executed from the first decision to the finishing touch.
