How 3 Keys Began

Liz, Laurel, and Patti met at a 5 a.m. workout class, years before 3 Keys existed. That hour reveals character quickly: discipline, follow-through, whether someone shows up when it would be easier not to. The trust came first. The business came after, built by three women who had already proven it to each other.

Liz Quinn

Founder & CEO

Liz founded 3 Keys with a simple standard: every home deserves to be seen at its best. That standard comes from nearly three decades in real estate, starting with her first rental property in 1997 and building through short sales, workforce housing, and land acquisition for wireless communication carriers. She holds a Certificate of Achievement as a Staging Design Professional at the Master Level, and brings that same precision to renovation and remodeling work across the Valley. That philosophy, bring back the beautiful, one home at a time, is the standard behind every project 3 Keys takes on.

Laurel Devere

Co-Founder & CFO

Laurel has spent her career helping investors buy, reposition, and sell residential properties across Arizona, work that spans luxury homes, new construction, and income-producing rentals. She knows which improvements pay off before the money is spent, and where design and staging shift a property's resale value the most. Backed by her work as a real estate advisor with SERHANT., she gives sellers broad buyer exposure and sharp market timing without losing local expertise. For clients thinking past the sale, Laurel makes sure the investment holds up.

Patti Court

Co-Founder & COO

Patti reads a room the way a buyer will, and designs for that reaction first. She turns spaces into warm, inviting environments that sellers are proud to list and buyers respond to the moment they walk in. As an experienced business leader, she keeps every project focused on efficiency and presentation without losing sight of the return it needs to deliver. She's the reason 3 Keys projects run as smoothly behind the scenes as they look in front of the camera.
